中藥提取工藝 Traditional Chinese Medicine Extraction Technology
中藥水提取液中含有較多的雜質(zhì),如極細(xì)的藥渣、泥沙、細(xì)菌、淀粉、樹脂、油脂等,藥液色深而混濁。常規(guī)的傳統(tǒng)過濾方法難于去除這些雜質(zhì)而且過于繁瑣,如水提醇沉加蒸發(fā)工藝,生產(chǎn)周期長,建設(shè)成本高、能耗大、收率低、有效成分不能最大限度的保留、口感差、操作環(huán)境差、乙醇消耗量大、成本高、環(huán)境污染嚴(yán)重、三廢治理成本高。
Water of traditional Chinese medicine extraction contains more impurity such as ultrafine medical slag, silt, bacteria, starch, resin, grease etc which make the liquid medicine color dark and muddy. For regular and traditional filtration method, it is very difficult removing these impurity. Also, operation is so complicated. For example, the technology of Water Extract Alcohol Precipitation and evaporation, long production term, high building cost, big energy consumption, effective ingredient can not be maximized reserved, poor mouth feel, bad operation environment, large alcohol consumption, high cost, bad environment pollution, high cost three waste disposal.
